About Us

DANKA Saints is a Small Show Kennel, Located in Western Kentucky. Our love for Saints started with our Very First Saint Bernard, Sir Dugan Russell Kaemerer (Doogie Bear). Doogie was a gift to Michele in 1996 as a Christmas Present. And while he was not of Show Quality, He was and will always be a a Champion in Our Hearts. When Doogie Crossed that Rainbow Bridge, our family was incomplete.

Our second Saint, and Queen of the Castle is Krystal Aint So Lite (KRYSTAL), who came to us from Michigan. With an Outstanding Pedigree, We knew we must broaden our horizons. In 2006 we were bitten by the Show Ring.

In November 2006 we were adopted by Fortside's Missing Halo V DANKA (DIABLO). From Lori Rogers at Fortside Kennels in Ohio.

In January 2007, we were blessed with our First Litter. From KRYSTAL and CH. Slaton's Ready Aim Fire (Yancy), 7 Healthy puppies, 4 boys and 3 girls. This was our Musical Litter. With names based on Song Titles that have touched us in some way. We Breed only according to The Saint Bernard Standard, with an emphasis on TEMPERMENT.

We also Co-own Twin Branch's Dublin Darling (DANCER), who came to us from Brenda and Quentin McWhorter of Twin Branch Saints, in London, Kentucky.

Our Saints are part of our Family. While they enjoy many hours outside, We also enjoy their companionship inside our home. This is as much their home as it is ours.

We are members of The Saint Bernard Club of America (SBCA), The Greater Cincinnati Saint Bernard Club, and The Smokey Mountain Saint Bernard Club.

While we are now in the Conformation Ring, we soon hope to broaden our Horizons to Junior Handlers, for our daughter Danielle.
